Family mediation, custody and divorce

Marlene Saayman is a registered mediator with FAMAC (Family Mediators' Association of the Cape). She is our family law specialist focusing on divorce and custody matters. She has an in-depth understanding of all the sensitivities at play and works to make sure the legal process takes place in a way that is most affordable, with as little conflict as possible.

Wills and Deceased estates

We take care of the entire process from beginning to end which involves entities such as the Master Office, Deeds Office and SARS. We also offer services in the drafting and safekeeping of wills.
